An article in the Daily Mail tells of an attack on a Muslim woman wearing a Hijab in November 2012 by a Nigerian man in Plaistow, London. It states that this is an example of the Islamophobic attacks that have risen in this country and the BBC will be using this assault as one for their programme this evening: Miss Kabir's assault is an example of the Islamaphobic attacks being investigated in Inside Out London Special, which will be aired on BBC London tonight.
It comes as police revealed there has been a sharp rise in the number of hate crimes against Muslims in the capital, with women who wear a headscarf or hijab accounting for some 60 per cent of victims. While the article does tell us Ayoade, who is originally from Nigeria, was jailed for four years in February 2013 after pleading guilty to two 'vicious' attacks on Tasneem and another young woman, it doesn't tell us that the other woman was not a Muslim, and I’m willing to bet that the BBC won’t even bother to tell us about the other attack. In point of fact, a quick Google search reveals this man had attacked 2 other woman prior to the Muslim one, neither of whom were Muslim, but one he wasn't charged for. He clearly has serious psychological problems, and if the BBC, and for that matter the Daily Mail journalist, were trying to be accurate, they would not be using this incident as proof of their assertion.

This article highlights the statistics that the BBC seem not to bothered to report as they cover the supposed 'Islamophobic' attacks that have increased over the last year. There has been one anti-Semitic attack in London for every 601 Jewish people in the United Kingdom. There has been one Islamophobic attack in London for every 3,676 Muslims in the United Kingdom.

Notice despite the facts showing the complete disregard by the BBC for truth and accuracy, as described above and below, they still respond with: A BBC spokesman told Breitbart London: “This half an hour special explored in a thorough and balanced way the concern women living behind the veil experience from rising hate crime and we stand by our journalism.”
