Hey Teddy it's been a while, I hope you're well old friend. If you haven't seen this I think you'll be interested. I first saw it at a different web site than the link below and I misjudged their intent for showing it. After I clicked on the video and began to see the 'message' I assumed it was a parody by anti-globalwarmers. Was I mistaken. hotair.com/archives/2010/10/03/the-inevitable-1010-remix/

Hey Steevo - great to see you - it's been too long - but I trust all is well and hope to see more of you here. I moved the topic to this thread, simply because it's not specifically related to the BBC, though I can imagine they'd be itching to show the video. As it is, they're tactic is far more insidious and devious. Whereas this video can easily create a hostile reaction to 'the message' against the messengers, the BBC brainwashing techniques achieve a far greater willingness by an ignorant public to follow their chosen AGW line. I did read an interesting observation about the video linked to on the same site. The Final Solution to the Global Warming Skeptic QuestionDon't be a stranger

On second thoughts, I decided to move this topic back here. While there is no direct connection by the BBC to those responsible for the disgusting video linked to above, in a way I believe the BBC is indirectly responsible. After looking through what was being aired on TV tonight, I see on BBC2 prime time there is this: The Death of the Oceans? Sir David Attenborough reveals the findings of one of the most ambitious scientific studies of our time - an investigation into what is happening to our oceans. He looks at whether it is too late to save their remarkable biodiversity. Horizon travels from the cold waters of the North Atlantic to the tropical waters of the Great Barrier Reef to meet the scientists who are transforming our understanding of this unique habitat. Attenborough explores some of the ways in which we are affecting marine life - from over-fishing to the acidification of sea water. The film also uncovers the disturbing story of how shipping noise is deafening whales and dolphins, affecting their survival in the future. Just listening to the predictable thesis at the beginning that "if you don't care about the oceans you don't care about life" is enough. This constant message will obviously affect the 'caring Greens' that blowing up those who don't follow the AGW agenda is acceptable. This is what the article I linked to above quite clearly highlights, and shows just how these people are akin to the Nazis and their mindset. So while the topic itself is not related to the BBC, one can see it is a consequence of the BBC.

I'm doing okay and trust all is well with you too. You're to be commended for staying at it. I've needed to ease off on much Internet commentary, I suppose it's age.
Even though you've kept this in a BBC category sorry about misplacing it.
"they're tactic is far more insidious and devious. Whereas this video can easily create a hostile reaction to 'the message' against the messengers, the BBC brainwashing techniques achieve a far greater willingness by an ignorant public to follow their chosen AGW line."
Indeed.
Your link from Hotair is a very historical and pertinent perspective for present day diligence. I'll leave this small quote but it may not be fully appreciated unless reading the article in it's entirety.
"I’m sure that most environmental radicals are not personally in favor of blowing away their critics. Most of them would repudiate such an idea with repugnance. I understand that. But their intellectual idea is an absolutist one; it does not admit of the possibility that their fellow humans are owed the right to live by their own moral lights in this matter, just because they are human."
They are now being coined with a new term: Green Supremists.
