This was posted on the biased BBC spot. As Teddy is the expert on this I hope he can start sending out the e-mails.
I'm going to e-mail the URL of this site to Bob Spink.
"This House is concerned that the BBC's new Charter, which took full effect from 1st January 2007, has so far failed to change both the perception of the Corporation's bias and its editorial and policy directions; and calls on the BBC's governing body to address these issues frankly and openly, particularly in respect of partiality on issues such as the European Union, and to publish a statement on how it intends to improve public trust in the BBC as a strictly impartial and much valued public service broadcaster."
Conservative MP Bob Spink has tabled the above motion in the House of Commons recently and he is looking for examples of BBC bias from the general public. He can be contacted via email at this address.

I appreciate the compliment Indi, but one thing I'm sure about, I'm far from expert. Unlike the BBC, I know my limitations . Certainly I believe Spink can find much useful and indicting material here against the BBC, and thanks for sending details of our site to him. No doubt we'd all be happy to help him get whatever he needs. It's obviously great any of the politicians are denouncing the BBC in a public manner. Especially coming at a time when so much other very public examples of their corrupt and unethical behaviour is coming to the fore. Today Honest Reporting also produced a critique of the Beebs pro-Palestinian coverage analysing articles from the last 6 months.

Got an e-mail from Bob today. Looks like he's really going for it. So hopefully he will cull a few examples from this forum.

Terrific - he's welcome to whatever we have, and if we can help further we'll be only too happy. Well done Indi Update: It would appear this ex Tory MP has defected to UKIP.. The reason for this may well have to do with this thread, where the BBC are accused of pro-EU bias as a result of £141m loans, and his dissatisfaction at how the Tories were sacrificing conservative values to follow the EU path.
