Ahh good old BBc fixation subject returns like a boomerang. LLoyds group plunge into red. Why oh why do we have to be reminded the taxpayer owns 41% multiple times? The blurb then goes on because of the taxpayers stake (like we had a choice) Lloyds performance is of concern to us all. OK the repeated attacks on the banks will not help the banks share price, which means it will take even longer for LLoyds to buy back it's shares not that Mr Taxpayer will benefit from it one bit when that happens I suspect.
In case any one thinks I have an agenda for LLoyds I shut down my account that I'd held since 1976 2 years ago when they decided to send a debit card and several bank statements to an address I hadn't lived at for 10 years and then tried to tell me it was my fault. So not really my best mates.
Oh by the way do you know we own 41%

With the BBC decreasing lack of concern for the public they are supposed to serve, it's hardly surprising that what they will always try to do is to use whatever news is going on at the time for their own agenda. When the news doesn't quite fit their agenda, but there is an angle that might, they will skew it that way. An example is their coverage of the Iraq war, which was so negative against our troops, that it resulted for a time in them switching to Sky news. That was until the BBC bigwigs put pressure on the MOD to switch back, no doubt using their government contacts to bring it about. See here and hereWhich is why this, and other similar websites on the subject, exist. Expect to get Labour MP's in the BBC's studios reporting on Lloyds demise to tell us it was the fault of 'the Coalition', and 'cuts', as well as any other angle the BBC can use.

So Friday and we start of with RBS "more than 80%" owned by the taxpayer, actually it's 83%. I'm not sure exactly why a vague percentage figure is used in the RBS context but a precise figure for Lloyds. As the day has gone on the dinancial doom mantra has continued through the day, to be completed by an economics lesson for idiots by peston for the six O'clock news.
The bbc main news hasn't run this but North West have. Mr & Mrs Mohammed Khan from Oldham in court on terrorist charges, you would of thought terrorist activity would be on the main news but what do I know.
I finally got onto the e-petition site having a quick and not very through look around the biigest vote appeared to be for ....Keeping F1 on terrestial tv this was running at around 4,000 votes.

With the country in the state it is, it is indicative of the 'dumbed down' general public that the BBC has been so instrumental in creating, that F1 rates such a high concern.

One British teenager killed and four injured by a polar bear in northern Norway.
Yet the BBC has failed to mention that this was a right wing conservative neo Nazi polar bear influenced by EDL websites.

;D That or try to imply a motive of revenge for man's carbon footprint diminishing the polar bears habitat. When it comes to monitoring BBC output I could be a Bipolar Bear

Well I wasn't far off. True to form and jumping on this incident bandwagon, here's the BBC to tell us there could be more polar bear attacks because of Climate Change. Judging by the headline, Can polar bears and people coexist?, maybe they want to suggest another kind of 'multicultural' immigration
