How better for Question Time to give a balanced and fair view in Liverpool this evening of the recent Lib-Dem conference than invite the following to the panel. David Dimbleby – BBC Chairman of the debate - LEFT Vince Cable – Lib Dem – Naturally LEFT Caroline Flint – Labour – LEFT Ian Hislop – Private Eye Editor who thinks he’s a comedian – LEFT Mehdi Hasan – New Statesman Senior Editor – LEFT John Redwood – Conservative MP – As far right as it’s going to be, and definitely outnumbered. Now let somebody tell me you’re proud of the fair and balanced coverage given by the BBC as demonstrated here, and that if you were ever on trial you would like a jury with the same 'balanced and fair' composition. Even if I was of the left persuasion I would be ashamed of what the BBC call fair and balanced. Any wonder our society is in the state it is?
