The only time truth gets in the way of BBC bias is when they target the group they hate and later find out it's the group they love that's responsible.
For more than the usual reason, there'll be some red faces at the BBC today.

BBC red-faced over Labour charity cuts

Last week, the BBC made hay over a report they’d been spoon-fed by a TUC-linked campaign group which showed that £110 million had been withdrawn by local councils from charities because of the austerity drive.
TUC General Secretary Brendan Barber seized on the facts — obtained after Freedom of Information requests by campaigners False Economy — to attack David Cameron over his much-vaunted Big Society, which is supposed to regenerate community spirit. ‘It sounds great, but in practice the Big Society is looking more and more like a big con,’ Barber told the BBC.

David Cameron faced criticism from the TUC over the decision - but in fact most of the councils cutting the money are Labour run
Brendan Barber attacked David Cameron over cuts to payments to charities by councils, but forgot to mention that seven of the top ten were Labour run
But what he and the Beeb omitted to mention was that seven out of the top ten councils cutting spending voluntary groups are in fact Labour-controlled. They are Barnsley, Blackburn with Darwen, Liverpool, Hackney, Oldham Sunderland, and Sheffield.
The website Conservativehome.com has also uncovered the fact that 13 of the top 20 councils increasing their spending on the voluntary sector by more than five per cent are Tory. They include Oxfordshire, home turf of David Cameron, and Cheshire, the constituency backyard of Chancellor George Osborne.
Labour councils, it turns out, are cutting £67.9 million from voluntary groups, which is more than twice the £22.9 million that Conservative-led boroughs are taking from them. And that’s despite the fact that the Tories run far more town halls than Labour.
Don’t expect to hear a word of this from the unions, the BBC, or indeed from Baroness Warsi, the useless Tory chairman whose job is to highlight BBC bias and the hypocrisy of the Left.
