Believe it or not, despite the murders, atrocities, stories like
Egypt: Copts protest disappearance of Christian girls... again
U.S. pays $5 million in jizya to buy freedom for Americans held in Egypt
Egypt: Christian man jailed for 6 years for "contempt of religion," insulting Muhammad
Iraq: Muslim student murders Christian teacher he suspected of proselytizing,
each of which the BBC manage to ignore completely, they do however think this story is worthy of number 3 in their order of Mid-East News
Whereas more genuine news providers, as opposed to propaganda outlets don't deem it worthy of mention on their main page at all, but you can see the kind of stories that the BBC, who want you to think of itself as a national treasure, ignore altogether. They'll probably blame it on cuts if you were to raise a complaint.
Here's the intro the BBC have written on their main page to 'grab' their audience Gaza marathon attracts thousands
Thousands of runners take part in the Gaza Strip's second-ever marathon, braving freezing weather conditions and strong winds.
Now looking at the weather forecast for the area it shows a high of 13deg C, and a low of 6deg C. Since the high is usually during the day, which is when this marathon took place, it's far from 'freezing' which is 0deg C. But then the BBC never let accuracy get in the way of their reports.
The story itself is nothing more than a political party message on behalf of Hamas and the Palestinians, which one could have guessed it would be, seeing they covered it at all.
"I'm very happy," Mr Masri told the AFP news agency after finishing the race from Beit Hanun to Rafah.
"I think we have sent a message that we hope will reach the world. It's a step towards making the world aware of the tragedy of the Palestinian people," he added.
Intelligent and aware people of the world know the 'tragedy' of the Palestinians is due to consistently making the wrong choices, but so long as there are outlets like the BBC happy to carry their propaganda, they will continue to embroil themselves in a 'tragedy'.

Thousands compete in Gaza marathon despite cold weather
Many participants ran shorter sections of the 42km race
Thousands of runners have taken part in the Gaza Strip's second-ever marathon, which covered the whole length of the Palestinian territory.
Palestinian runner Nader al-Masri won for the second time in a row, beating competitors from around the world.
Other participants - mostly schoolchildren - ran shorter portions of the 42km (26 mile) route.
The competitors braved cold weather and strong winds, which whipped up sand from the beaches.
"I'm very happy," Mr Masri told the AFP news agency after finishing the race from Beit Hanun to Rafah.
"I think we have sent a message that we hope will reach the world. It's a step towards making the world aware of the tragedy of the Palestinian people," he added.
The UN agency for Palestinian refugees (Unrwa), which organised the event, said it aimed to highlight the ongoing "humanitarian crisis" in Gaza.
The agency has repeatedly criticised Israel's blockade of the Hamas-run territory.
Israel says the measure is necessary to prevent Hamas militants from obtaining weapons and funds.
