Nice to see BBc squim and twist and do anything rather than say the M word. All in connection with the report on muslin grooming in Rochdale. Remember when we said this was happening and the media screamed we were just racists? So how come all of a sudden this isn't an issue?
North west who as we will have seen from my complaints about the court case and associated reports how reluctant they have been to mention this at all continue the line.("Asian men"). I believe that ITV Granada ran this story last night.

I noticed in this evening's Question Time, when the question was asked how come the police didn't respond initially when the girls reported what was going on. One could have been deafened by the avoidance of using the 'Muslim' word. They did mention religious sensitivities, and had no problem in bringing up the similarities to the Catholic Church, but identifying the particular religion being referred to in this case was nigh on impossible for them. The BBC even called on the opinion of a audience member, conveniently seated in the front row, and I'm sure must have been a plant, who blamed the cuts as the reason. The depths the BBC will sink to knows no bounds. Seems the panellists were afflicted by the same disease the police were, so they should easily understand it.

A plant? The BBc? I think they are vegetables. but that is just my opinion. As the audience is vetted ..no suprises. I didn't see it as I was out on my community work. If I can stomach it I'll give it a watch.

It's about 30 minutes into the programme. You'd swear it couldn't be real - more like a corny predictable sitcom.

The men facing charges are Anjum Dogar, 31, and his brother Akhtar, 32, both of Tawney Street; and Kamir Jamil, 28, of Aldrich Road.
Also charged are Zeeshan Ahmed, 28, of Palmer Road; Mohammed Karrar, 39, of Cowley Road; Mohammed Hussain, 25, of Horspath Road; Assad Hussain, 32, of Ashurst Way; along with Bassam Karrar, 34, and Bilal Ahmed, 26, of no fixed address.
Hmmm, I see the BBC is not even referring to them as Asian this time.

A blogger, Enza Ferreri, has also picked up on this discussion during Question Time

You know sometimes after you've listened something, then something obvious that you didn't realise at the time pops into your mind.. The fact is this situation has been going on for some time back into the days of wine and roses with Blair. Back in the days when there were not cuts and therefore the whole "cuts at blame" posture falls flat on it's face. Thinking about it, is this is just an attempt to present muslim grooming as a "recent" thing i.e. trying to link it with recent events like the cuts?
