When I first logged in to my Yahoo homepage which gives the headlines of various news services, one for the BBC Middle East section said: "Israeli shells 'kill four Gazans'", which at the time was 3 hours old. With the image of Israeli artillery bombarding Gazans, I was quite surprised when I went to the actual BBC webpage for this article which headline runs "Gazans killed dismantling shells" Three Palestinians have been killed in Gaza after attempting to dismantle unexploded Israeli shells found outside their home, relatives say. I'm not sure who is responsible for the BBC headlines shown for the Yahoo webpage, but I see that whomever now have rewritten the reference to say "Gazans killed dismantling shells". I have a feeling the initial BBC headline on this story was as Yahoo had shown it first, and that it is the BBC which automatically updates this page. For sure it is typical BBC behaviour, and I'm only surprised they corrected the misleading impression so quickly.
