I was shocked and stunned to find this disgraceful piece of trash-celebrity "journalism" on the BBC's main news page. news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/6583067.stmA bland Top 40 artist thinks there should be a restriction on the number of sheets of paper we use in the bathroom. This, the BBC categorized as "news"? Say, what's the latest on Kylie's website, Beeb? What's Britney been up to? Maybe we could hear her views on Iraq, maybe that's "news" too. OK so I know it's classed as "entertainment" but still - it really shows that the BBC is fully behind the hysteria of the whole Global Warming hoax. I would be surprised to find such a trivial non-story in a teenbopper magazine, let alone a "serious" news website.

Just another angle on Crow:
Radio host Laura Ingraham said, "You know how liberals are always telling us to stay out of their bedrooms? Well, we should start telling them, 'Stay out of our bathrooms!' Talk about a Nanny State..."

AL, you say you were 'shocked and stunned'. I'd say it perfectly encapsulates BBC 'quality' Maybe they could have her demonstrate how she'd use one sheet on this one

Gross. Was that taken at the last BBC Christmas party?
I'm sure Sheryl Crow probably has one of those Japanese toilets that sends a fountain up your ass after you're done. I heard the Japanese have a toilet that will stick a probe into your stools to check for medical problems, and if there's anything wrong it automatically emails your doctor.

She might even have a whole team of Japanese doing origami with her toilet paper so she can use her 'one sheet'. To be fair, I've known some women who nearly go through a roll a day, which I think is extremely excessive. They could do with being rather more frugal. Ever since I journeyed in India many years ago, and got into using water instead of paper, I've been hooked on it. Even today I won't go anywhere without my 'bum bottle'. Still need toilet paper to dry it off though. I'm sure readers here must be fascinated with this topic, but the BBC started it.
