Has anyone noticed how much the BBC is paying for so-called 'training' of its employees by an organisation called Common Purpose? The 'training' has no benefit to the license payer. Common Purpose teach how to impose power beyond legal authority. Those selected for training are chosen for their positions of influence and benefit to Common Purpose, not for the license payer. Common Purpose creates networks among its 'graduates' so as to better implement the nulabor social re-engineering project. Some claim that Common Purpose uses NLP - neurolinguistic programming - as part of its tools to control its graduates, or as part of its grooming of young people as potential leaders. Has anyone anything to add?

Welcome Stygian. This would certainly be an interesting facet to what the BBC sees as its 'development'. Do you have any links to substantiate it?

I can't substantiate the fact that as an entire entity, the BBC sings to the tune of Common Purpose. I can however say without any doubt, that BBC business editor Robert Peston is on the board of directors, of not just Common Purpose, but also another of Julia Middleton's created quangos, The Media Standards Trust.

Welcome D&C (I fixed that link for you - notice the code here is different than BBBC [no connection to BBC ] and works from the buttons above where you write.) I see from a bit of googling that there is a little concern about this organisation and what they might be doing. Somebody was also trying to find out whether Mark Thompson had ever attended such a training course. The BBC itself ran an article about it A Secret Society? but that might have been a way to deflect criticism from the outset. Certainly worth keeping an eye on it.

Common Purpose is a change agent being used to recruit and train the commissars and apparatchiks needed to implement New Labour's hidden EU communitarian agenda. You can find out more about the Common Purpose media here: www.stopcp.com/cpmedia.php

Welcome StopCP... You may well be right, and it wouldn't surprise me if it was the case. What actual proof exists that moves it from speculation or circumstantial to real evidence? You can see where some might think this is just another 'Conspiracy Theory'.
(By the way, there is quite a bit of overhanging text on the webpages. I am viewing it on Explorer with Vista. You might want to correct that for viewers to take it more seriously)

When your children ask you who won the war, tell them the truth. Tell them the Nazis won as they were the founders of the EU as we can see in the dictatorship we are now in where nobody knows who's making our laws and nobody has any say if they don't like them and nobody can vote these people in or out. The brainwashing department of the Fourth Reich is an insidious organisation called Common Purpose of which many of it's 'graduates' are employees of the BBC. The Nazi influence can be clearly seen through the incessant anti Semitism promoted by this organisation. One man who did an excellent job of exposing Common Purpose was an ex RN Commander, Brian Gerrish, who's thought provoking You Tube videos keep getting pulled by the 'establishment' although some of his videos can be seen here. www.equalparenting-bc.ca/news/eu-european-union.htmCommon Purpose is real. It is dangerous. It is evil. It is all around us although you cannot see it and the BBC is it's mouthpiece. But it has a weak spot. The one thing they don't like is people exposing it and letting the people know the truth. If we had more people like Brian Gerrish then people would have a better understanding of why the likes of the BBC are pursuing the agenda they are on.

The last post on it was nearly 2 years ago, so easy to miss. It doesn't surprise me that there are a lot of questionable organisations who realising the value of the BBC to them, through one means or another are able to gain access and influence. There is no question that those running the BBC have little moral character, much like hoodlums, and will run with whoever they think will serve their bid for power without consideration for any real human values.

It's gotten so that if I see ANY organisation with the word TRUST in it, and associated in some way with the BBC, I already know to mistrust it. BBC Trust IBT International Broadcasting Trustand here - Media Standards Trust.
