Consider this: It is Holocaust Memorial Day; The day where Jews worldwide remember that half their number were exterminated by an enemy determined to wipe them out. The president of Israel, Shimon Peres, is in Berlin, in this year which marks the 65th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz death camp.
While there he is also having discussions with Chancellor Merkel and the German president Horst Koeller, in which they discussed, among other things, the nuclear threat from Iran.
So how does the BBC cover this story?
Firstly with the headline Shimon Peres visits Berlin amid tight security and then this picture and subtitle
Berliners have had to put up with traffic jams and road closures since Peres's arrival on Monday
The first paragraph is then devoted to telling the reader about the hardship caused to the people of Berlin as a result of the security measures involved.
Only after this do we get into the purpose and importance of the visit.
It's common knowledge that extremist Muslim regimes and followers around the world are fostering Holocaust denial as a strategy to de-legitimize the Jews claim to Israel, and the only reason I can imagine for the BBC to present the article this way is to avoid any mention of the Holocaust until much later in the article. Otherwise WHAT A LUDICROUS IDIOTIC TYPE OF REPORTING THIS IS!
Can you imagine a similar type coverage that dealt with a state visit by the BBC's beloved president Obama for whatever reason - of course not. If it was relevant at all, the traffic implications would come last.
TOTAL CRAP!

It is a sign of the times that when the Israeli president makes a state visit these days, unprecedented security measures are put in place.
So ever since Shimon Peres arrived in the German capital on Monday, Berliners have had to put up with road closures and traffic jams in the centre of the city - these road-blocks will be in place until Thursday.
Berlin's Taggespiegel daily newspaper said Shimon Peres "was the most endangered political leader in the world after the US president".
On Tuesday morning, Grunewald train station in a leafy suburb of Berlin resembled a fortress as dozens of German and Israeli officers were deployed.
Across the city, 3,000 police officers are on duty.
Only after this do we get into the purpose and importance of the visit.
