Amy Winehouse Sorry I don't get the wall to wall coverage, the fawning reports of her being a superstar and changing the face of music. Sorry let's get back to reality world. The last superstars of music seem to be Led zeppelin. I don't think putting out two LPs one of which has covers and around 10 singles of which I've only heard of a couple is more on the level of the Happy Mondays. Then the Beeb decide to try and put on anyone who's ever heard of her. Michelle Gale who admitted she only met her once or twice. Carole King because Whinehouse covered one of her songs. Then there were the low angle camera shots to try and make the crowd look bigger than it was. Really BBC what was it all about

So today it's exactly a year to the olympics. Watching BBc breakfast you'd be hard pressed not to know s they appear to mention it every 30 seconds. Much gushing about the swimming pool whoppie doo so any journalism here? Going to ask coe how much he has been paid for this or the pay rises the olympic committee awarded themselves? No chance.l
