I am with this firm of Bakers in Ireland 100%. It is their business and they should run it as they see fit. Totally disgusted with the Court's decision against the Bakers refusal to bake for a gay couple. As Christians, they followed their faith and get slaughtered because of it. Can you imagine what would happen if - let's say a Muslim baker refused to bake and decorate a cake with a Pro-Christian message - answer - BUGGER ALL ! I am incandescent with rage !!

So now we'll be able to go to a Muslim bakery and demand they bake a cake with a picture of Mohammad riding a pig on it.....well...maybe not...

This points up a problem for every legislator who tries to protect one segment of society - there will be some other segment who are being denied protection.
A simple example is the modern roadside building of wide pavements and allowing bicycles to use them; it protects cyclists from motorists, but exposes pedestrians to cyclists. I cite this because (as far as I know) this is not a moral judgement which is, or can be, influenced by any of the self-styled truths purveyed by the religions of this world.
Incidentally it would not be necessary to go as far as THR suggests - just go in and ask for a Christmas cake.
