Trust me. Since taking over from NTL they have ploughed the service into the ground.
Got a 4MB connection that barely rakes 1MB. They overcharged me 4 times the going rate for it! Gave me an old telephone number that belonged to a car tow company, so getting calls in the small hours. Customer support are all idiots.

Indi, for several months I was considering entering them into this board myself. I have spent over 4 hours on the phone to them in one evening alone trying to get various things sorted out. The 'music' they play while one is on hold was ringing in my ears the whole night. I have definitely lost all previous respect I had for Branson for running such an organisation.
From what I can see though, they're all much of a muchness.
