Good Friday, one of the most significant days of the year for Christians in this country. So how does the BBC respect their faith and the inherent spirituality conveyed by this Easter celebration? To show their absolute disdain of religion, the Friday night movie on BBC2 was 'The Others'. Here's a brief synopsis: A mother awaits the return of her husband from World War Two, while struggling to care for her son and daughter. Both children suffer a violent reaction if exposed to daylight, which forces her to keep much of their isolated Jersey home shrouded in gloom. When the pair claim to see strangers in the house, their terrified mother begins to suspect that the souls of the dead are stalking the halls. Supernatural horror, starring Nicole Kidman, Fionnula Flanagan and Christopher Eccleston How Uplifting!
